Our next AGM has been scheduled for Friday 20 October 2023. A formal notice, along with accompanying reports and financial statements, was emailed to investors on 29 September.
The meeting will be held both virtually and in person. If you did not receive the AGM details, please contact us at info@solarshare.com.au.Prior to the AGM, we will also be seeking expressions of interest for potential new Directors to join the SolarShare Board. Following a thorough self-assessment of our current skills matrix, we would like to hear from those with skills or expertise in:
- Law and legal matters relevant to the company, such as contracts and supplier management
- Finance and accounting
- Chair (those with experience leading similar boards, who could either step up immediately or take the role in the next couple of years)
Aspiring and emerging Directors are also encouraged to come forward. With our current mix of Directors and good governance experience, we can help shareholders make a successful transition into Board roles.
